Received my package today.2/15/18. The invoice inside my package showed original prices but all my items were on sale except for 1.

This prompt me to check my bank account and my email confirmation. I've noticed that I was charged &20 for a romper but the online price I thought I purchased for was $4.47... I checked online and it was priced at $4.47. I could not believe this!!

I checked my other items and I was charged a different price for each one of my items! I was horrified! Called customer service and I spoke with Demi( Csr) , Brian ( "supervisor "), Marlon( Operation manager) and pending a call back from Jameliah( Senior Operation manager) The reps who I spoken with advised me to send a screenshot of the order before I placed it... seriously??

This is the only way they will refund me the difference... how was I supposed to know that I needed to screenshot my order prior placing & submitting it!! They have the ability to refund the difference but chooses not to because I don't have proof through a screenshot!! The prices are still posted online!!

So my advice to you( who's reading this) is to please screenshot your order if you still choose to order from this company online. ORDER AT ON RISK!!!
