I have clicked Unsubscribe numerous times and get the "Thank you. Your account has been updated.

Please allow up to ten business days for processing." yet I keep getting emails, week after week. The last email I received I called them and listened to their repetitive music for several minutes before speaking with a rep. I asked to be removed from emails and the Charm Club since I'm never shopping there again. Now a few weeks later (more than 10 days) I get another email.

I just 'unsubscribed' again, and called again.

The rep still sees my information in their list, so clearly I wasn't removed the last 4 times. Will see if this time is the "charm" and I can get away from this company.

Product or Service Mentioned: Charming Charlie Customer Care.

Reason of review: Can't get off emails..

Preferred solution: Off email list and deleted from Charm Club permanently.

I didn't like: I cant get off their email or out of their charm club.
