I have purchased items from this store for a couple years now and never had a problem until these last few months. I have always been able to exchange items just as the return policy says on the receipt, but for the past few months that I go in, a new employee would always seem like she was not okay with me doing my exchanges.
I went in today to do an exchange and she straight up told me that she will allow it this time but after this I can no longer do exchanges. I asked her why if I was doing it before and other employees always told me I could.
She told me, well you no longer can't so be sure to spread the word. I never had a problem before, so why is it such a problem now?
