I ordered 3 small accessories (small purse-like items) from Charming Charlie's online website on Monday, July 17, 2017. Once you place an order online, you don't get to see the status of your order.

They sent me an email saying they would send me the tracking details once it was shipped. I called them around three days later asking about the status of my order. They justified their reason for not shipping as soon as possible as transactions take 3 business days to complete. By Monday, July 24, 2017 I was nervous as I was expecting to receive my packages by the next week - just as mentioned in the email.

I did get an email with Fedex's tracking info but the info was invalid on Fedex's website. I called the Customer Care and they were curt in replying the package would be shipped the next day. How can it take 10 days to ship 3 small items?

I asked to cancel my order and they flat-out refused. I've learnt my lesson the hard way - I shall never shop from their website!
