Charming Charlie in Meridian, Idaho - Won’t give me cash back

Bought a purse yesterday and paid cash for it. Got it home and tried it on with my dress and decided it didn’t look good. Took it back to the store for a refund and was told by the manager Bobbie that I could only get a in store credit. I said no I paid cash and that’s what I want back. He said too bad I can’t give you a refund. Will never go back to this store.

Charming Charlie - Changed policy

Tried to return something without a receipt and they refused even with the tags attached. I am a charm club member, been a loyal shopper for several years. Out of the whim, they just denied me my return. Never had that issue before. Nobody ever said anything to me about the policy update, like I was supposed to know, give me a break... Won't be shopping there too much anymore, if that's how they treat their customers.

Charming Charlie - Not the same anymore

first of all. showing 0 charm points. and i just spent money in therr 2 weeks ago....the choice in there really dropped. could not find a pink wallet. or a red watch. this store went down hill since christmas. guess ill have to shop someplace else. they wonder why stores are closing

I went for a girl day with my daughter and Gdaughter yesterday for both a fundraiser... and the gals were also clothes shopping. Because they had so many items the clerk offered to take them and put them into a locked dressing room....which was a nice gesture HOWEVER...

Charming Charlie - They have lost something

I have gone there in the last three weekends. I was not impressed with the selection anymore. They have definitely lost something... I can’t quite put my finger on it. I just got an email from them talking about the new “IT” selection..... wow they absolutely look like curtain tassels. Nope. I can go to a linen store and buy that mess.

Charming Charlie - Humiliating

Absolutely horrific!!! I was insulted by a male employee at the El Cajon store. How can you have people like that working for you? I have just recently lost a lot of weight and he insulted me so badly that I feel he should be fired for humiliating me do badly!!! I will never ho back!
