I ordered something on a Friday. It is now almost a week later still haven’t gotten a confirmation of shipment.
I emailed their customer service to cancel the order because I needed it for Christmas and I know that it won’t be here before then. They told me that they were sorry for the delay but they couldn’t cancel it after the order has been processed.
Now I’m going to have to return it and he closest store to me is 40 minutes away. I understand it’s holiday and they’re busy but it’s supposed to take 48 hours for the order to process it’s been almost a week and they’re still processing my order
